When you sign up for your programs, Kim will review company policy’s. See* Policy’s & * Note below
*POLICIES
- All training sessions require a full 24 hour confirmation. If session is cancelled in less then a 24 hour period, client will be charged full session price. Sessions are either in person or remotely for your convenience.
- Training programs are Not refundable under any condition. Kickwithkim LLC does allow packages to be transferred to another family member if approved by Kickwithkim LLC.
- All training programs expire after a 12 month period if not used, please contact Kickwithkim LLC if you’d like to extend your training package duration. * Please discuss at time of your consultation if you travel or have other situation that may affect your ability to meet during that duration.
